My husband and I have been married for 7.5 years now. I remember when we were deciding on how many people we wanted on each side of our bridal party. We started off with three, but ended up with six on each side. I vividly remember asking my sister to be my matron of honor. We were walking into the craft store, JoAnn's. I turned to her and said, "So...I was wondering if you'd be my matron of honor?"
That was it. Just a simple question to which she thankfully said, "YES!"
Today, it seems as though brides and grooms have found some really interesting and fun ways to ask that same question.
I was contacted by a couple to see if I could make some cards to ask their friends to be groomsmen and one an officiant.
They came out so simple, but sweet and classic. Plus, who doesn't love a bow tie?
